The Modern Pear, a culinary blog curated by Ami Thompson and Jenni Smith, showcases their expertise as culinary school alumni. Instead of pursuing careers in the restaurant industry, the two friends embarked on a joint venture to establish a blog centered around crafting simple, nutritious and elevated recipes for everyday dinner meals. Their aim is to offer a culinary journey, leveraging their culinary school background to empower home cooks with the knowledge that preparing dinner doesn't have to be a hassle.
